Holly Woods, PhD is the founder of Emergence Institute and Living Portal, and the creator of a developmental body of work that helps people reclaim fragmentation, clarify soul-direction, and create from a deeper source.

For more than four decades, her life and work have been devoted to a central question: what becomes possible when the Parts of us shaped by trauma, adaptation, and inheritance are no longer forced to live in exile, but are brought back into right relationship with the whole?

Her path to this work was not abstract. It was forged through a life that demanded deep transformation. The intensity and fracture of her early experience became part of the very material she would later learn to transmute, first in herself, and then in service of others. Over time, that lived inquiry grew into a distinct methodology for helping people recover life-force, coherence, and creative direction.

Holly holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Development and brings together a rare range of disciplines across coaching, somatics, Parts work, spiritual development, leadership, and transformational practice. Her work draws from Integral Coaching, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, energy medicine, purpose work, and shamanic lineages, all in service of helping people become more whole, more aligned, and more capable of building what comes next.

She has authored several books outlining the conceptual frameworks, methods and results of this powerful work. These include Radical Wholeness Primer (2026), Radical Wholeness Field Notes (2026) and The Golden Thread (2020).
